Counselling & Therapy Services

We support children, youth, and families with timely access to counselling and therapy services. Whether you need immediate support or short-term counselling, we're here to help

Walk-in Counselling Clinic (Ages 0 to 17)

We’re here for children and youth who need someone to talk to right away. You can get a same-day, one-time session to help with what’s on your mind.

Walk-In Counselling Clinic Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. –6:30 p.m. (last appointment time)

Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (last appointment time)

 

The Youth Mobile Clinic

We provide students at participating high schools with convenient access to a social worker or nurse for confidential support, health information, parent consultations, walk-in counselling, and connections to community resources. The YMC is a partnership between Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (HDGH), the Canadian Mental Health Association, and the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board.

Counselling Services (Ages 6 to 12)

We’re here to support you and your child on their mental health journey. Whether your child is dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, or simply needs someone to talk to about their big feelings, we can help. We’ll work on short-term goals that matter most to you and your child, through individual therapy, family therapy, or group sessions.
