Youth Crisis Response Team (YCRT)
When available, the Youth Crisis Response Team (YCRT) responds to 911 calls involving youth who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The team brings together an RCC social worker and a police officer from the Windsor Police Service or the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to providing immediate assessment, support and connections to appropriate services.
