ACT-C is a team that helps families with serious mental health and behaviour challenges.
The team includes Social Workers, Child and Youth Workers, a Pediatrician, a Nurse, and an Occupational Therapist. They work together to support each family.
Most support happens in the home or in the community. This makes it easier for families to get help.
The team provides strong support, teaches new skills, and uses therapy to help families make positive changes.
